This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance by the Affiliate (“Affiliate”) and TIF Syndicate LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, operating TIF Lifestyles (“Company”). By applying to and participating in the TIF Creator Ascension Program, Affiliate agrees to the following terms:

Program Overview

The TIF Creator Ascension Program is a performance-based affiliate and collaboration program. Affiliate may earn commission by promoting Company products using a unique referral link and/or support code issued by Company. Participation does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, or ownership interest between Affiliate and Company. Affiliate acts solely as an independent contractor.

Enrollment & Approval

All Affiliates must be manually approved by Company. Company reserves the right to approve or deny any application for any reason. Company may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.

Commission Structure

Tier 1 – Affiliate 20% commission on qualifying sales. Tier 2 – Collaborator (Performance Unlock) 30% commission. Eligibility requires earning $100 in commission within a single calendar month. Tier 2 status must be maintained as defined in Section 4. Commission applies only to: Completed transactions Non-refunded orders Non-chargeback orders Successfully tracked orders through Company’s affiliate tracking system Company reserves sole authority over commission calculations.

Tier 2 Maintenance Requirements

To maintain Tier 2 status, Affiliate must: Earn at least $100 in commission per calendar month OR Earn $300 in commission across a rolling three-month period. Failure to maintain required performance will result in: Reversion to Tier 1 commission (20%) Removal of co-branded collaboration merchandise from storefront Tier status determinations are made exclusively by Company reporting. Affiliate may re-qualify for Tier 2 at any time by meeting performance requirements again.

Co-Branded Merchandise (Tier 2 Only)

Tier 2 Affiliates may receive: One co-branded TIF merchandise item Logo placement subject to Company approval Placement within the Creator Collaboration section Important: All logo placements must be approved by Company. Company retains full creative control. Collaboration items remain property of Company. Company may remove collaboration products at any time. Collaboration status does not grant intellectual property rights in Company designs.

Tracking & Attribution

Affiliate commissions are tracked via: Unique referral link Unique support code Affiliate understands: Tracking depends on browser cookies and/or system tracking. Company is not responsible for tracking errors caused by third-party platforms, browser settings, or user interference. Only orders properly tracked in Company’s affiliate system will qualify for commission.

Payment Terms

Commission payouts are processed monthly. Minimum payout threshold: $50 (or as set by Company). Payments are made via approved payout method. Affiliate is responsible for all applicable taxes. Company may withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or abnormal activity pending investigation.

Prohibited Conduct

Affiliate agrees NOT to: Promote hate speech, extremist content, illegal activity, or explicit material. Misrepresent Company products or pricing. Use paid ads bidding on Company brand keywords without written permission. Offer unauthorized discounts. Create misleading claims about partnership level. Violation may result in: Immediate termination Forfeiture of unpaid commissions Removal from program

Brand & Reputation Standards

Affiliate must conduct themselves professionally online. Company may terminate participation if Affiliate: Damages Company reputation Engages in harassment, fraud, or misconduct Creates public controversy negatively impacting the brand Company retains sole discretion in determining reputational harm.

Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination: Affiliate links and codes will be disabled. Pending valid commissions earned prior to termination may be paid at Company discretion. Collaboration items (if applicable) will be removed from storefront.

Intellectual Property

Affiliate receives limited, revocable permission to use: TIF Lifestyles name Approved logos Approved promotional materials No ownership rights are transferred. All Company intellectual property remains exclusively owned by TIF Syndicate LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages Lost profits Tracking failures beyond Company control Total liability shall not exceed commissions earned by Affiliate in the previous three months.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ohio.

Modification

Company reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Acceptance

By enrolling in the TIF Creator Ascension Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
